Return Policy

​

-Physical hardware kits/tools can be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be unopened and unused.

 

-If you are returning a product due to an error on our part, we will refund the item and shipping. You must contact us at info@paradisodesigns.com before you send anything to receive instructions. I will be in touch asap.

-We cannot issue refunds for digital products such as PDF patterns or for printed patterns

​

-Due to health codes we are not able to issue refunds for masks/mask kits, custom orders, or cut fabric.
